The Shoe Box is a locally owned children’s footwear and lifestyle store serving families across Vancouver. It was founded in the year 2006 & In August 2025, we moved from our old location at Kids Market at Granville Island, Vancouver to our new convenient location at 2996 West Broadway in Kitsilano. We specialize in high-quality kids’ shoes, including sneakers, school shoes, winter boots, rain boots, sandals, and slippers. In addition to footwear, The Shoe Box carries a growing range of kids’ clothing, pajamas, rainwear, toys, puppets, backpacks, water bottles, wallets, books-to-bed sets, and gift items — making us a one-stop destination for growing families.
Our Story
The Shoe Box is the culmination of over three decades of dedication to children’s fashion and comfort. Our journey began in India, where we spent 30 years crafting and exporting high-quality kids’ garments to families worldwide. Driven by our passion for designing clothing and shoes that bring joy to children, we, Timmy and Surjeet, brought our expertise to Vancouver, Canada, to be closer to our daughters and start a new chapter.
Since our arrival, we have been warmly embraced by the local community, and it has been our privilege to bring our heritage of craftsmanship and care to Vancouver families.
